Before Fulfilment

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order enters fulfilment.

After Fulfilment Begins

Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be cancelled.

In these circumstances, the order may need to be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
